There seems to be some debate over at MusicBrainz.org whether it is Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys or Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys.

Archival photos of Bob Wills and his band suggest that the proper usage is to use the 'and'.

Pictures don't lie.
